Gold’s Gym is looking for a dependable, friendly Front Desk Associate who enjoys working with people and takes pride in creating a welcoming environment. As one of the first people our members see, you’ll help set the tone for their gym experience.

We’re seeking someone who stays engaged throughout their shift, takes initiative, and helps keep the club clean, organized, and running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Manage member check-ins and assist with questions about memberships, gym services, and policies.
- Answer phone calls and provide accurate, courteous assistance.
- Process payments and transactions accurately.
- Complete administrative tasks and maintain clear member account notes.
- Keep the front desk, entrance, and assigned areas clean and presentable.
- Communicate member concerns, maintenance needs, and shift updates to management.
- Uphold gym policies consistently and respectfully.
- Complete assigned shift duties and closing procedures when scheduled.
What We’re Looking For

Consistent availability for evening and weekend shifts.
- Dependable attendance, punctuality, and reliable transportation.
- A friendly, approachable personality and excellent customer service skills.
- The ability to stay productive, work independently, and follow through on responsibilities.
- Strong attention to detail and clear communication with members and coworkers.
- Basic computer skills and comfort learning membership software.
- Accuracy with cash handling and payment processing.
- Customer service or front desk experience preferred.
- An interest in fitness and helping people feel comfortable and welcome.
